Late 70’s & early 80’s
The entire cottage restored & adjoining Studio (Sims Cottage) rebuilt from shell.
Late 80’s
East annex converted into kitchen and doorway opened up into Breakfast Room.  Door from Sitting Room reopened to provide direct access into The Studio (design now reverted as The Studio a separate home)...
1999
Kitchen redesigned and fitted with bespoke units.
2001
Garden landscaped & patio constructed.
2008
En-suite shower-room installed in master bedroom.
2009
Bedrooms on top floor re-aligned with extra Velux fitted, plus 2nd toilet & radiators installed..
